  • As a guest, should I provide my proof of identity?
    • Yes. You need to carry a valid proof of identity along with its soft-copy or a hard-copy that has to submitted to the host.
  • As a host should I get a proof of identity?
    • Yes. As a host you need to get the identity of the guest and save the documents for future verification purposes.
  • How can I edit a Property that has been Listed?
    • Write a mail to Support / raise a Ticket for any such modifications
  • As a Host, how should I price my property under sharing concept?
    • Understand that this is a sharing concept unlike renting out a whole place or hotel rooms. Co Living (Home, Apartment, PG, Bunglow, Villa etc) – can be between 4-6% of the rent in your locality. Co Working – Based on the location and proximity to the various infrastructures and amenities that you provide. Co-storing – Is based on Slot. A host has to select the no of slots. Generally a minimum of 150 Sq.ft per slot to be made available for the guests/ users.
  • When will I receive my money back upon cancellation?
    • Hosts are not entitled for any refund upon successful cancellation by guests. Guests are entitled for 100% refund without any cancellation fee for cancellations done 15 days prior to sharing the property. House booking cancellations by guests are entitled for a cancellation fee of 10%  for cancellations done between 2 to 15 days prior to sharing the property and a cancellation fee of 25%  for any cancellations done within 48 hours to sharing the property. Ware-House/office booking cancellations by guests are entitled for a cancellation fee of 20%  for cancellations done between 2 to 15 days prior to sharing the property and a cancellation fee of 40%  for any cancellations done within 48 hours to sharing the property. Refund of the booking would be processed within 5 days from the time of canceling.
  • How is the co-living concept of shareous different from others?
    • Approach towards co-living is very much simple here. With Shareous, a host can share can an extra room or space at home and as guests you get the opportunity to interact and explore a different culture or to blend with another community in a place different from yours. Traveling to a new place? Why get a partial experience of only visiting a place? Stay with a localite to know better and experience better.
  • How do I become a host?
    • Sign up and login as a guest. Every host is first a guest to us. Once you login as a host you can click on the 'Become a Host' button and start sharing your property by clicking on the add property button.
